Kaltra Microchannel Condensers Production Policy
In addition to meeting customer requirements and maintaining a leading position in the market, Klatra maintains a high-quality production culture, complying with national environmental standards. Kaltra invests heavily in employee training, creating a culture of engagement, motivation, and a healthy work environment. Kaltra also provides the necessary infrastructure for employees to work safely and efficiently in production.
Development of new materials, increasing their efficiency, and reducing environmental impact are fundamental parameters for Kaltra’s production culture. The company is represented in industry associations that continuously advise. Kaltra cares about environmental impact issues, thus keeping it at the forefront of modern knowledge. Kaltra has launched new product lines that use the lowest environmental impact refrigerants such as HFO 1234ze, very high efficiency and low GWP gas, and natural refrigerants such as R290.
The main advantages of microchannel condensers are:
- Compactness and low noise.
- Scroll compressors.
- High-efficiency brazed plate heat exchangers.
- Aluminum microchannel capacitors.
- Self-adapting electronic control system.
End-of-line testing of units is a standard procedure at all Kaltra factories. In addition, the microchannel condensers have climatic chambers and test equipment where it is possible to simulate the actual climatic conditions of the installations. The microchannel condensers are available for all chambers, which allows performance tests for all types of products (water-cooled, monobloc, 2 or 4 pipe systems, air or water condensers, and split systems with a cooling capacity of 1200 kW). The test chambers are approved for Eurovent testing.
Testing of units can be carried out with the participation of representatives of the customer or the end-user. Also, with the help of a webcam installed in the laboratory, testing can be performed with the control of the process by the customer remotely. It is the optimal solution for heating and cooling tasks for office, administrative, retail, residential, and industrial buildings or hospitals.
